Please allow 5 business days for all orders. U.S. deliveries: Single purchases include a $1.00 shipping charge. Each additional piece will be $.50. Everywhere else: $2.00 single purchase charge and $1.00 charge for multiple purchases.
Every piece of Coleen's Couture Jewelry is assembled with passion, precision, and a lot of TLC.
I stand by the quality of my work so if there are any defects (not including normal wear and tear) during the first 6 months I will replace the piece at no extra charge. Since most pieces are one of a kind, please ship the item back to be fixed along with proof of purchase and your shipping cost reciept. You will also be reimbursed for your shipping costs provided that the piece is shipped using standard shipping rates and reasonable packaging costs.
Since Coleen's Couture Jewelry is created and designed to help our community and the donations are given on a steady basis the pieces are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
