How can I trust that these donations will go to charity?
On a monthly basis, 20% of all sales will be sent to the partnered organization along with an account statement. This statement shows a detail of everything that is sold. The organization will be able to see exactly how much of Coleen's Couture Jewerly was sold and how much should be donated.

Every piece of Coleen's Couture Jewelry is assembled with passion, precision, and a lot of TLC.
I stand by the quality of my work so if there are any defects (not including normal wear and tear) during the first 6 months I will replace the piece at no extra charge. Since most pieces are one of a kind, please ship the item back to be fixed along with proof of purchase and your shipping cost reciept. You will also be reimbursed for your shipping costs provided that the piece is shipped using standard shipping rates and reasonable packaging costs.
Since Coleen's Couture Jewelry is created and designed to help our community and the donations are given on a steady basis the pieces are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
